Rangan Srikhanta, Chief Executive Officer. Rangan is responsible for managing the organisation’s partnerships with departments of education and training, Indigenous Land Councils, Universities, state and federal Government representatives and major Australian corporations.

 

 

Tracy Richardson, Education & Learning. Tracy is responsible for the training and development. Her various responsibilities range from the development and implementation of curriculum-orientated teacher training programs and course materials, through to the evaluation of the programs and the publication of its goals and achievements.

 

Sridhar Dhanapalan, Engineering. Sridhar is responsible for OLPC Australia’s integration of technology. His primary duty is to ensure a reliable technology platform to facilitate learning and knowledge sharing.

 

 

Rita Sharma, Operations. Rita is responsible for developing and maintaining internal procedures, including systems, processes and internal governance. In addition Rita is manages the performance of services such as supply-chain / logistics and customer service, ensuring program objectives are met.

 

 

Sasha Faint, Customer Service. Sasha is responsible for supporting the organisation’s education and service delivery teams by managing the information provided to program participants.  She is responsible for liaising with participants; primarily supporting online training enrolments and assisting teachers to successfully integrate the program in their classrooms.

 

Ning Gong, Finance & Logistics. Ning is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial and inventory records. In addition, Ning is responsible for coordinating the organisation’s supply chain activities, ensuring the timely delivery of XO laptops and spare parts to recipient schools.
